THE PROCESS
Client Form Submission:
STEP 1
Begin by filling out an online order form available on our website. This form collects essential details such as team name, Sport, contact information.
Initial Contact:
STEP 2
Once the form is submitted, a representative from The Locker Room will reach out to the client within 24 hours to confirm the details and discuss any specific requirements or questions.
Design Collaboration:
STEP 3
After the initial contact, an email thread or a WhatsApp group will be created, including the client, our representative, and one of our experienced designers. This collaborative space will be used to share ideas, make revisions, and finalize the jersey design.
Design and Roster Finalization:
STEP 4
Once the design is agreed upon, the client will be asked to fill out a roster sheet with player names, numbers, and sizes.
The completed design and roster sheets must be submitted to The Locker Room.
Production and Turnaround:
STEP 5
After receiving the finalized design and roster, The Locker Room begins production. The standard turnaround time is 3.5 weeks from this point.
Delivery:
STEP 6
Upon completion, the jerseys will be shipped to the client’s specified address or be ready to be picked up.
